As your customer's privileged contact, you will be able to adapt to their requests, advise them and offer them a personalised and memorable service.

Manages the supervision of the gourmet restaurant teams

Manage the schedules, integration, training, work organisation and loyalty of the members of the brigade

Ensures a warm and professional welcome for customers,

Helps to ensure that services run smoothly and that customers are satisfied.

Is responsible for setting up the dining room and ensuring the correct use of equipment, linen and crockery

Anticipates customer requests and expectations

Advises and guides customers in their culinary choices, explaining the composition of dishes

Takes orders and ensures good communication between the restaurant and kitchen in terms of requests, dietary restrictions, preferences, etc.

Participates in hygiene and safety standards by maintaining the premises in a state of impeccable cleanliness

Takes part in inventories of crockery, china, cutlery, furniture and audiovisual equipment and places the necessary orders.

Description of the profile sought:

Knowledge of reception, service, with a strong sense of customer service

Taste and knowledge of gastronomy

Knowledge of demanding customers and service quality standards.

Thoroughness in the execution of tasks

Enjoys teamwork, is positive and caring

Your rigour, team spirit and experience of customer relations are your strengths. You know how to manage a team.

You have excellent presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and a smile.

You will have at least 2 years' significant experience in a similar position and establishment.

Salary:

From €3639 gross per month, based on experience and skills.
