Event Manager with Commercial Insight
Château de Mirwart is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Event Manager with commercial insight to join our team. You will be the key person in ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide clients during their visit to the Château and event locations.
Prepare custom offers and follow up on client needs, from start to finish.
Coordinate and organize events, including planning, setup, administration, finance and logistics.
Communicate with suppliers, partners, and clients before and during the event.
Ensure all details are handled for an unforgettable client experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to bring client visions to life.
Requirements:
Passion for events and customer service.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in creating offers and negotiating.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Experience in the events sector is a must.
Location:

receptionist
We are looking for a new trilingual receptionist (FR-EN-NL).
Working at the hotel in Mirwart is an unusual and rewarding experience.
Your tasks:
Ensuring a quality welcome for our guests,
Checking guests in and out,
Inform guests about the hotel's various activities and restaurants,
Managing the telephone exchange and mailbox and ensuring optimum information sharing for the entire Front Office team,
Drawing up invoices, collecting payments correctly and forwarding data to the accounts department,
Communicating with the hotel's various departments to ensure that guests receive excellent service.
Profile required:
You have a very good command of French and Dutch or English (minimum level B2 required). Knowledge of English or Dutch is an additional asset,
You are a recent graduate in hotel management or a similar field, or you already have proven experience as a receptionist,

As your customer's privileged contact, you will be able to adapt to their requests, advise them and offer them a personalised and memorable service.
Manages the supervision of the gourmet restaurant teams
Manage the schedules, integration, training, work organisation and loyalty of the members of the brigade
Ensures a warm and professional welcome for customers,
Helps to ensure that services run smoothly and that customers are satisfied.
Is responsible for setting up the dining room and ensuring the correct use of equipment, linen and crockery
Anticipates customer requests and expectations
Advises and guides customers in their culinary choices, explaining the composition of dishes
Takes orders and ensures good communication between the restaurant and kitchen in terms of requests, dietary restrictions, preferences, etc.
Participates in hygiene and safety standards by maintaining the premises in a state of impeccable cleanliness
